First big car!

I got this Toyota for my son's 5th birthday. A first big birthday, and a serious car! He is quite tiny, so the size would be perfect at least a few more years for him. He loves the car! Drives already by himself. At first, we helped a bit with the remote, but then he said "NO, I want to do it by myself", and he does it perfectly!

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
