10/10 love it so much, was so much fun to see the car arriving and then getting to put it together with my little one! A good lesson too!

This car has surpassed all expectations. My daughter and son can ride this in very hilly terrain and it still lasts for 60+ minutes. They just drove for 4 km around or city and made it home. The high speed is a high speed walk and low is normal pace. Parent remote works like a charm.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Tax Information:

Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
