I really like this thing a lot just looks so classy and everyone asks where I got it from!

Such a nice kids' car, the stitching in the seat is very nice, the shipping was fast and the assembly only took me about 45-50 min to do. My son is really loving using it so far, it was really worth the price.

So far, I've been blown away. I'm using it with my daughter, and she adores it. I think I'm having just as much pleasure driving the automobile as she is riding in it, as indicated in the other evaluations. Rides good both outside and indoors. The battery life is rather decent. It took me around 40 minutes to put it together. It comes highly recommended.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Tax Information:

Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund Processing Fees:

Refunds issued via Credit Card or PayPal are subject to a 5% processing fee.
