Free Shipping

Applicable Locations: Only within the 48 contiguous states of the USA.

International Shipping

Canadian Customers: Please check the shipping quote before placing your order or visit our Canadian store for ride-on cars.
Other Locations: We do not ship to locations outside the US mainland or to PO Boxes.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Tax Information:

Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund Processing Fees:

Refunds issued via Credit Card or PayPal are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation & Refused Packages

Cancellation Policy:

A 5% processing fee is applied for all cancellations.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Refusing Delivery:

If a package is refused upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for a 40% restocking fee.
Following the return and inspection of the item, a refund will be processed.
