Policy Overview:
  • Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.
Restocking Fees:
  • Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.
DOA & Damaged Items:
  • Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at
  • Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.
Tax Information:
  • Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.
Part Sales:
  • All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refund Processing Fees:
  • Refunds issued via Credit Card or PayPal are subject to a 5% processing fee.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refusing Delivery:

Issue 1: Battery Failure
  • Vehicle won’t power on.

  • Check Connections: Confirm that the battery is securely connected to the ride-on toy’s wiring.
  • Test Voltage: Utilize a voltmeter to measure the battery’s voltage. Replace the battery if the voltage is substantially lower than the toy’s specifications.
  • Inspect Charger: Ensure that the charger is functioning correctly.
Issue 2: Motor Issues
  • Grinding or clunking noises from the wheels.
  • One or more wheels not spinning.
  • Vehicle powers on but doesn’t move.
  • Check Wire Connections: Examine the connections to the motors. Secure any loose connections or re-solder any broken wires.
  • Test Individual Motors: Where possible, disconnect each motor and test them separately to identify the defective one.
  • Consider Replacement: If the motor wiring is intact and the motor still fails to operate, replacement may be necessary.
Issue 3: Steering Malfunction
  • Steering wheel feels loose or unresponsive.
  • Vehicle doesn’t turn in the desired direction.
  • Tighten Steering Rod Bolt: Find the bolt on the steering rod and ensure it is tightened completely.
  • Check Steering Motor Connection: Check that the steering motor is securely connected.
  • Inspect Steering Wheel Bolt: Ensure that the bolt connecting the steering wheel to the steering rod is secured.
