My niece absolutely adores driving it, which is the main reason why I decided to buy it for her. It doesn't take very long to fully charge, it's simple to use, and it has a lot of attention to detail in the design. In my opinion, it's a fantastic toy that costs an affordable amount of money, has a long battery life, has a USB port for playing music, and has those features. In general, I am pleased with the return on my investment.

Oh my goodness, at this price point, this is the most incredible automobile. My niece, who is 10 months old, and my nephew, who is 2 years old, absolutely adore this toy that I bought for them. Have experimented with it for lengthier lengths of time, primarily within the home. Excellent excellent excellent!!

At first, I was completely overwhelmed. I arrive home to find a box as large as myself on my doorstep. I was able to manoeuvre the box inside. I was certain I had harmed the components by rolling the box so vigorously haha. I brought it to the kitchen and opened the packaging. It required three hours of semi-focused attention to assemble. Mostly because I had to unscrew and reassemble components because I skipped a step. But I did it without any assistance other than the printed instructions. Not bad! My son is ecstatic. Like my cats. They believe it is for them!

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.
