overall look is great. The manual was very hard to understand A bit challenging to put together with a small pic manual.

The kids in the neighbourhood, including my grand daughter, absolutely adore the buggy. The sounds when it first starts up are amazing. The songs in the album are of exceptional quality. Because of how bright they are, the lights illuminate the neighbourhood when they are turned on at night. It is a snug fit for two.

Our three-year-old daughter adores it. It is large, and there is enough room for two infants or toddlers.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Tax Information:

Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund Processing Fees:
