Shipping destinations depend on the item. KidsVIP products, excluding Parts, ship free within the contiguous U.S. except California. Parts ship free to all 48 contiguous states, including California. KidsVIP-owned items do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Products supplied through Shopify Collective follow the supplying seller’s destinations and rates shown at checkout.
In-store shopping and in-person pickup are not available at the KidsVIP head office.
Shipping is not available to addresses outside the continental United States; Delivery is limited to addresses within the U.S. mainland only.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. box addresses.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt (including incorrect address, refusal of delivery or inability to obtain a signature), the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
