Pre-order estimated arrival times are subject to change and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including manufacturing timelines, freight delays, or customs processing. If a shipment is delayed, customers will be notified accordingly.
Pre-orders are fulfilled as soon as inventory arrives. Delays do not qualify for concessions, discounts, or compensation, as the timing is not guaranteed. While we understand delays can be inconvenient, rest assured that your order will be fulfilled once the shipment is received.
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee applied to cover non-recoverable payment processing and administrative handling costs—this includes pre-order cancellations. The applicable processing fee will be deducted, and the refund amount will reflect this adjustment. Processing fees are non-refundable. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.
