Returns
We offer a 14-day (2-week) return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — Parts and other ‘FINAL SALE’ items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
A restocking fee will be applied to the return. Said fee ranges from 10% to 30% depending on the product, and the condition of the return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing and restocking fees.

Exchanges
We offer a 14-day (2-week) exchange window.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Kids VIP will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee to be applied to the credit amount.
The final credit amount (after the restocking fee is applied) is given as store credit
No refunds are issued for exchanges
