Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may initiate a return within 7 days of recieiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
l The product must remain sealed in its original packaging and must not be opened or tampered with
l Customers are responsible for ‘Buyer’s Remorse’ return shipping costs.
l Returns will be inspected upon arrival
l Approved returns will be refunded within 2–3 business days of processing.
l A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
l Assembly Fees are non-refundable.
Important Notice on Damage Reporting
To maintain eligibility for warranty coverage on damaged components, please note:
Customers must inspect the ride-on upon receipt and before beginning assembly. If any broken or deformed components are discovered, they must be reported immediately with photo documentation to support@kidsviponline.com. If such damages are reported after the product has been assembled, we are unable to verify the issue as a manufacturer defect. In these cases, replacement parts and/or repair services will be offered at the customer's expense.
Cancellations Policy
l Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
l Once an item is in transit, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
Pre-Order Cancellations:
l Customers who cancel a pre-order made online will be subject to a 5% vendor processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
l Free ground shipping is available on all online orders delivered to residential addresses along standard courier delivery routes tto 48 states.
l Shipping to addresses outside the US mainland is not available.
l Shipping to P.O Boxes is not available.
l The handling time of purchase is 1-3 business days; Delivery takes between 4-7 business days - subject to change depending on the 3rd party shipping provider.
KidsVIP Service Department – Technical Support and Repairs
Our Service Department operates Monday to Friday from 10 AM (EST) to 6 PM (EST). Please submit all damage and/ or technical support-related inquiries, inclusive of inquiries related to parts and product performance via email to the KidsVIP Ride-on Car Service Department at support@kidsviponline.com.
In some instances, the Service Department may need to speak directly to customers. Customers must have a scheduled telephone appointment in order to speak with a technician. To schedule your appointment, please email us at support@kidsviponline.com with the following information:
l The First and Last Name associated with the order and/ or the Order Number
l A copy of your Warranty Documents and/or Invoice Document if applicable
l A brief description of the issue you are experiencing
Please attach images and/ or videos that provides a clear description of your product and/ or issue. If the matter cannot be resolved via an email correspondence, a technician will schedule a telephone call with the customer.
