This is absolutely fantastic. My granddaughter, who is three years old, absolutely adores it. Everything, from the music to the sirens, is so awesome.

For my two-year-old, this was the ideal first ride. My son adores his automobile. The remote is also excellent. It overrides what he's doing, and if you're at a standstill and don't want him to move, you can turn off the motor entirely.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
